Ms. Shikha Gaurav Garg is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Licentiate Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree and is also qualified as an Information Systems Auditor (ISA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has also completed a Diploma in Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, enhancing her analytical and financial skills.

With over 10+ years of professional experience, Shikha has developed strong expertise in taxation and advisory, with a specialization in transfer pricing and cross-border transactions. She has worked extensively with both domestic and multinational clients, advising on regulatory compliance, documentation, and strategic tax planning.

She was previously associated with PwC and BDO, where she worked in the Transfer Pricing SBU, gaining hands-on experience in handling complex international tax matters. Shikha has been an active contributor to reputed professional publications such as DTPA, International Taxation Magazine, and Assocham India. She has also contributed to the Transfer Pricing forum of The Chamber of Tax Consultants, reflecting her continued involvement in professional development and thought leadership in the field of taxation.
