Mr. Gaurav Ashok Garg and Mrs. Shikha Gaurav Garg are the designated partners of the firm and are qualified Chartered Accountants (FCA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Mr. Gaurav Ashok Garg is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an LL.B (General) degree from the University of Mumbai. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the United States of America.
With over 10+ years of professional experience, Gaurav brings extensive expertise in taxation, audit, and advisory services, serving a diverse clientele including domestic businesses and international entities. His strong exposure to foreign clients enables him to effectively navigate cross-border regulations and global compliance requirements.
His dual qualification as an Indian Chartered Accountant and a US CPA provides a distinct advantage in handling complex international tax structures, regulatory frameworks, and multi-jurisdictional compliance. This unique combination allows him to deliver practical, globally aligned solutions while ensuring adherence to local laws.
Gaurav is empaneled as a Technical Reviewer for Taxation Audits with the Taxation Audits Quality Review Board (TAQRB) constituted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, reflecting his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional excellence and audit quality.
Ms. Shikha Gaurav Garg is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Licentiate Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree and is also qualified as an Information Systems Auditor (ISA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has also completed a Diploma in Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, enhancing her analytical and financial skills.
With over 10+ years of professional experience, Shikha has developed strong expertise in taxation and advisory, with a specialization in transfer pricing and cross-border transactions. She has worked extensively with both domestic and multinational clients, advising on regulatory compliance, documentation, and strategic tax planning.
She was previously associated with PwC and BDO, where she worked in the Transfer Pricing SBU, gaining hands-on experience in handling complex international tax matters. Shikha has been an active contributor to reputed professional publications such as DTPA, International Taxation Magazine, and Assocham India. She has also contributed to the Transfer Pricing forum of The Chamber of Tax Consultants, reflecting her continued involvement in professional development and thought leadership in the field of taxation.
